The Falls Inn welcomes Executive Chef Peter Sanagan.
Chef Sanagan grew up in Southampton and brings with him years of study and experience from apprenticing under Michelin Starred Chef Natale Bacchetta at Hotel Colonne Italy and working at some of Toronto's finest restaurants including Le Select Bistro, Oliver & Bonacini's Auberge du Pommier and most recently as Chef Massimo Capra's Chef de Cuisine at Mistura.
Peter's first menu with us was inspired by country French cuisine. We see it as a chance to wipe the slate clean and return to the roots of fine dining and begin the journey of great food together. Some of the items, specifically pasta and Falls Inn Caesar Salad have been included because of their popularity and Chef Sanagan's extensive Italian skill. In the tradition of old world cuisine, menu items include regional and seasonal selections.

Brunch is expanded and may include Ham, Smoked Salmon, Seafood, and other seasonal selections for New Years, Easter, Mother's day, Father's Day & Thanksgiving. Special brunch price is $19.95 for adults, 1/2 price under 12, Children 3 and under are free with adults.
